　　全國大學英語四、六級考試委員會于2013年8月14日發(fā)布通知，自2013年12月考次起，全國大學英語四、六級考試委員會將對四、六級考試的試卷結(jié)構(gòu)和測試題型做局部調(diào)整，并給出了調(diào)整后的新題型樣卷。樣卷后都各附有答案，唯獨沒有給出作文部分的范文。雖然根據(jù)通知的內(nèi)容，作文部分并沒有較之前的四級考試做出調(diào)整，但由于缺少范文，同學們寫起本套試題的作文來仍會感到無所適從。筆者根據(jù)自身四級考試輔導，尤其是四級寫作輔導的經(jīng)驗，擬寫了這套樣題作文的范文，希望對同學們有參考和借鑒作用，也請同仁們批評指正。

　　The picture depicts an authentic scene of classroom teaching in China today. From the drawing, we can easily identify that the author intends to convey that education can’t keep up with the steps of social development in time.

　　Several factors could contribute to the problem. For one thing, the knowledge update have become faster and faster in this information age. For example, online shopping was completely unimaginable in the past, but now it is very common. For another thing, education doesn’t meet the needs of talents in information society. Although there are more and more schools and universities, and they develop on larger scale, most of them haven’t changed in their essence in time.

　　Hence, it’s high time that we innovated our education to meet the needs of our time.
